- Pork – 450 gram
- Green Onions – 2
- Celery – 3
- Green Bell Pepper – 1 medium
- Onion – 1 medium
- Egg White – 1/2 cup
- Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
- Corn Starch – 1 cup
- Apple Vinegar – 1/3 cup
- Tomato Ketchup – 1/4 cup
- Pineapple – 1/2 cup

Steps to make Sweet And Sour Pork
Lets start by getting chopped pork into 1 inch cube shape, Set the meat aside. Chop 2 green onions and 3 stalks of celery into 1/2 inch pieces. Then cut 1 medium green bell pepper in 1 inch pieces and 1 medium onion the same. Set all the vegetables aside.
Place the cubed pork into a bowl and season it with 1 tsp of salt. 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp of soya sauce, 1/2 cup of egg white and chopped green onions. Mix these ingredients well, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Heat the vegetable oil to 365 degrees. Place 1/2 cup corn starch into resealed plastic bag, add the pork to the bag seal and toss until the pork is well coated. Take the pork out of the bag and deep fry the pork for about 10 minutes.
In a pan take 1 tbsp of vegetable oil add the chopped celery, green bell pepper and onions and saute it for a minute. Season the vegetable with salt and sugar to taste and set aside.
Pour 1 cup of water into a large sauce pan. Add 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/3 cup of sugar powder along with a 1/3 cup of apple vinegar, 1/3 cup of of tomato ketchup and 1/2 tsp of soya sauce. Mix these mixture and give a boil to it.
When the sauce is boiling add the cooked pork, vegetables and pineapple chunks into the sauce and let them cook. Dissolve 2 tbsp of corn starch into a 1/3 cup of water and add it into sauce and reduce the sauce as needed by cooking it.
