The quantity of ingredients used for Chili Cheese Fries is for 2. So, adjust the quantity accordingly…

  • Potatoes – 4 large (cut into fingers)
  • Oil for frying
  • Onion – 1/2 diced
  • Tomatoes – 1/2 diced
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Red chili sauce – 2 tsp
  • Paprika – 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese – 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Steps to make Chili Cheese Fries

Fry potatoes in hot oil for 4-5 min. Remove and place it on an absorbent paper and leave aside for 10 minutes. Fry the potatoes again in hot oil till it become golden. Remove and keep aside on an absorbent paper.

 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan. Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, Red chili sauce 1 tsp, salt, paprika and cook for 1-2 minute. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese, cook until cheese melt and mix it well.

Place fried potatoes on a serving plate, put some diced onion and tomatoes. Pour the cheese sauce on the potatoes, garnish it with fresh coriander.
